GB QV 1840 Advertising Mulready 'More To Pay' Great Britain 1840 Queen Victoria 1d Mulready lettersheet showing remarkable combination of 'Report of the Directors of the Clerical, Medical and General Life Assurance Society' Advert and surcharge 'more to pay'. Clearly contained an enclosure and thus exceeded the weight limit. It has been surcharged 'more to pay, May 31st' (lower left) and inscribed '2' (pence to pay).
