The cover bears the large ornate Kerong Court Seal, the cover was carried by runner from Tibet and put into the Nepalese postal system at Rasuwa (sun & monn cds) and Trisuli trnsit (also sun & moon cds) and Khatmandu receiving moark. TIBET RARE SHADE on Cover Unusual shade of the 4 tr. On Registered Internal Cover from Shigatse (Type VIII) to Lhasa. A strange Greyish Pastel Green, possibly a "dry printing" of Waterfall's Bright Sage Green (W#222 very scarce). Two intact wax seals. This "Pastel" shade must be quite scarce.. As it is rarely seen.
