GB Queen Victoria 1840 1d Black Plate 6 Fraudulently "mis-cut" and bottom marginal on piece. Almost certainly this was a deliberate attempt at fraud, in which a column of 20 stamps was divided into 21 on 22 "short" stamps - the extra penny or 2 pence being pocketed by the postal clerk.
