to be Recorded or Insured, please inform us, we will post it at
the lowest rate GBP1.50, and get a Certificate of Posting from our
Local Post Office, but we cannot take any responsibility if the
item goes missing!
About the Security
of our website:
Although this website does not currently use
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) it is running on the same server that
we collect email from and so any email sent through this site cannot
be intercepted by any third party.
Technically, using a Secure Server only encrypts
the data sent between your web browser and the server, so any method
is dependant upon the security of the webserver machine the site
is running on, which we have been assured by our hosting provider
is first rate.
In short, customers should be aware that sending
credit card information over the Internet is no more or no less
secure than sending the same information by post, even without the
padlock showing in the corner of your web browser.
If any customers do not feel comfortable with
sending their credit card details over the Internet, we can always
take orders by telephone.
Please note that in the near future we will be moving to an SSL
enabled Secure Server.
