 JapaneseReference E8.A very pretty cloisonne vase, the ginbari ground enamelled in various colours with egrets. Signed on base 'Ota Jinnoei' - a scarce maker. A few small chips but a lovely piece, showing the ginbari technique expertly handled in a (non-gaudy) fashion. Fitted shakudo alloy rim and base. Circa cms/2.2 inches high. |
